Create Button

Hope you are doing well, 

I recently add some plugins in my Jira, but suddenly my Create button has gone in the navbar. where has it gone How can I bring it back?

First of all I would try from a other browser and while using incognito mode. See if you can see the create button. In addition, kindly cross check that your other colleagues have/have not visibility of the create button as well. If the problem persists, try to remove the apps you installed and see if that resolves the problem.
