Is there a way to have notes added to issue shared be upended as comments to the issue?

which notes do you want to append as comments.

Hi Ron,

This is not possible in JIRA, and judging by the comments on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-36928, it's not something that will happen anytime soon.
