JQL for technical- sub tasks

Good morning,

I would like to create a JQL in order to search all the sub tasks related to a list of tasks.

The tasks are with a specific component assigned and I have to filter only for those tasks in open status.

The results have to be the list of all the sub-tasks connected to the tasks.

I hope I was clear enough.

You cannot do this with a single query, unfortunately.

You would need one query, something like this, to get the tasks:

component = "whatever" and status = "In progress"

And then a second query to get their sub-tasks. T

his would require using sub-queries which aren't natively supported by Jira.
