How can I display only specific Component/s field values

Question

Example:

Component/s field has a lot of different values but the ones I'm interested in to display on the create form is the FM: values below for selection where summary field contains "FM:"

What is the best/quickets way to do this ?

Components/s:

* Retail
* Retail1
* Retail2
* FM: Aircon
* FM: Painting
* FM: Building maintenance

Hi @Maurice Mushfieldt

So Components are a defined list managed by a project admin - there's not really an easy way to only display certain options, as the list of Components is defined for a project.

Perhaps if you're only regularly only needing those beginning with "FM:" then it may indicate that a conversation is needed with the project admin(s) to tidy up the list? Either that or you could create a separate custom field containing the components beginning with "FM:" if it's a recurring problem
