Is it possible to enable Test management in JIRA without plug in like Zephyr or Xray

Question

We would like to understand, if below Test management activities can be achieved without Plugin - Xray or Zephyr or any other

1) Mapping Test cases to Requirements through Epic / Story

2) Assign test cases to execute

3) Link failed test cases to defect

4) Generate Execution report with Pass and Fail %
