it seems that something went wrong during the db upgrade process.

Please take a look to the following ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-65134

There are some option as workaround.

Can you provide details such as what version of database you are on, the current version of Confluence you are on, and the version of Confluence you are upgrading to?

I suspect a database incompatibility with the desired version of Confluence.  You may need to upgrade the database to a version that supports your new version of Confluence.
