AIM: To automate the documentation cleanup process in the confluence server. There are various outdated and useless pages in a space. These pages will be reviewed by a team and they'll decide whether to keep the page or "hide" them.
Once hidden these pages won't appear on search. Although these can be viewed by admins.
One way to do this is to create archived space and move useless pages to it. But we are trying to avoid the hassle of creating a separate space for archived pages. So instead is it possible to:
1. Hide the page in place?
2. If yes, how can it be achieved (is there any option for this manually)?
3. Is there an API to do this? Or automate this?
( I am looking for solutions which preferably do not involve the use of plugins, unless necessary)
