Create jira issue from confluence with confiform with constant label and showing created issue link

Hello

I have created a confiform form that create issues to jira.

i want to add a constant text value to each created issue. for example all created issues must be with "Test" label.

Just add a static text in one of the fields in the mapping where you want to have this "static text"

Why should it work? According to Jira REST API docs labels expect an array...
