Add SMS to workflow

Question

I have my basic SMS Sender (BulkSMS) information defined.

But there is no where in the documentation where I can set up a user so I can then assign that notification to a transition.

I am trying to get set up for a certain workflow when it is assigned to a certain person they get a text message alerting them so they can be time sensitive about responding to the JIRA assigned to them.

And there in lies the problem.  I cannot find ANY documentation for SMS Sender on their web site or on this Answers web site or through several Google searches.

If anyone has a link to said documentation I will gladly appreciate it....

That is what I have installed.  But I cannot find any documentation on exactly how to implement in in JIRA itself.
