Can I use a file list to import to expand the product list instead of addind products one by one？

What I do on my side is using Scriptrunner, you have a built in script for that.
If you do not have this app you can create an issue in a project, then update "product" for the issue using a csv import. If you are admin and using External import feature, it will create the missing options, then delete the issue.
