No active JIRA

Question

Hi,

I'm not able anymore to enter the Jira dashboard. This morning it worked perfectly, but suddenly the system got very slow and, finally and up till now, I only receive the message '

This webpage is not available

'

Is there anyproblem with the Jira server? Any solution?

Also check if the server has enough memory. You will see this in the catalina.out "Could not reserve enough space for object heap"  - you may want to add some more memory on the host

Looks like your JIRA slowed to a crawl. You should restart the app.
