How to assign existing shared dashboard to a new created users?

They can do it by themself but it's overkill

Hello,

Currently there is no such feature on JIRA, the best available option would be to customize the Global Dashboard as all the new users will have this dashboard a default.

Maybe it's possible to update some JIRA table?
