hi
i'm using JIRA 6.3. i only manage 3 color for status: yellow , green and blue.
it would be usefull for me to have more colors. how can i do that?

Sadly, out of the box, those are the only status colors that you're allowed to use.
That said, there are a number of plugins that you may be able to leverage in your environment:
Resolution and Status Colors
New Status Colors
Jira Status Color
