I have an issue with a picture as attachment.When I create a new comment I can insert a thumbnail from already attached pictures or other attachment links over the toolbar.

If I want to edit a comment I haven't these options. (Same issue in Attached image)

It would be nice to have the same options.
The problem is solved with the update to JIRA 6.4 where the editor is integrated.
