Creating Ticket from Splunk into JIRA

Hello Everyone, I am troubleshooting issues i have encounter trying to integrate Splunk into JIRA using the JIRA SERVICE DESK SIMPLE ADDON. I am able to receive data from JIRA as far as project and issue creation and status. However, when i attempt to run an adaptive response action to create a ticket/issue from Splunk incident review dashboard to push into JIRA, none of the actions a successful. they get stuck in JIRA PENDING FOR CREATION and i also get a action: failure status_code: 405. Any idea what could be wrong? Does the app still support a PUSH/PUT api command?

Jira Server has an API that allows external communications and all external apps, etc. use it to communicate with the application.   I wonder if the reason you are getting a 405 error is that the method being called is somehow a mismatch.  I would suggest looking into the version of the Splunk addon and seeing what versions of Jira and JSM it is compatible with and making sure that you are on that version.
