Source ticket status change based upon linked ticket status

Hello Community,
I have a requirement and looking forward to your suggestion to implement this.

I would like to implement an automatic workflow that changes the status of a source ticket if it has a linked ticket under "Issue Links" and that linked ticket is assigned to someone.

Thanks for responding :)  
I did try to copy the automation but  this actions is not being performed.

Also i wanted to move my source ticket into different status (Within Development) i see this option also while clicking on "Then :Transition the issue to"  this way automation also didnt work.
