Several individuals are receiving the following error message when completing my confluence form.
Cannot prepare JSON and then listed all the fields that are in my form.

It is not obvious from your question what form is used (what app/addon/macros) and how the error is displayed.
Could you please give some more details?
Please note that you have logs folder that contains the errors details you can refer to.
