How can we customize the default message when user can not login in confluence normally? Thank you.

Although not exactly what you want, Atlassian have written this (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/customizing-the-login-page-163938553.html) which details how to customise the login page. This could be what you're looking for in terms of telling users how to log in etc, but not how to change the default message as shown/requested above.

If our user login in confluence fail, it will show message, would it be possible to customize the message content ? Thank you.
