How are the data from this connector displayed in jira? What do we have access to in the system and whether this is actually a connector for Snow as Snow License Manager, because there is no concrete confirmation of this anywhere.

I'm assuming an app but there are a few that could do an integration so before we comment on anything we would need to know which one you are using.
