I need help connectiong ldap. I did not see user directories to configure LDAP. Please help.

Unfortunately not. JIRA cloud does not support LDAP. Please find the restricted functions for JIRA cloud below.

One thing I observed it that users synced from LDAP do not have delete options - only jira internal directory users can be deleted :-)
