Bug in Structure sorting by Epic

I am creating new Structure. I have add the folowing Automation:

1. Add  sub-task
2. Add tsks from Epic
3. Remove Inserted|Extended Duplicates
4. Group by Epic
5. Insert issues: JQL

And as a result I get some tasks grouped by Epick and some in tasks in folder "Without Epic".

And problem is that forder "Without Epick" contains several Epics. Why is it so?

@Kate -

In structure, why would you want to group by Epic?  It doesn't make sense to me.  I would recommend that you remove the group by automation, and then every thing should work just as you expected.

Please advise.
