Hi Gopi,

For Creating issue with HTml Link, you don't need Issue Key , you will require Project Id & Issue type ID.

For Project ID: Click on the required project & on the right hand side you will find Edit Project button, just hover your mouse on this button & in the browser at bottom left , you will see pid=xxxxx.

for IssueType ID: In Admin Section, Click IssueTypes & for any issuetype hover your cursor on Edit button.
