Unable to change Primary program : Showing incorrect Primary program

we are trying to remove the value of Additional Programs field. Once we remove the value it appears again after few minutes. Also, even after removing the additional program field, we are unable to change the value for Primary Program.
Also, we are getting this message in Audit log. we tried Jira sync twice and even then receiving this message in audit log.
Please suggest if I am missing something.

@Annu Bhatt Take a look at the audit log and verify what the primary program and additional program were prior to receiving this message.  Change it in Jira Align so it matches.  Then put an extra . at the end of the description (just trying to force a sync from Jira Align to Jira).  Once it successfully syncs, if you want to change the primary program, move it to the correct project in Jira (and allow it to sync).  You should then see the primary program update correctly.  Finally, if you want to remove the additional program, ensure you don't have stories for that additional program and your primary program rolling up to the same Jira Epic.  If you do, then create a separate Jira Epic (so you have 1 Jira Epic in 1 program and another Jira Epic in another program.  Then link the stories to the correct Jira Epic.  Once you have completed this, you should be able to successfully remove the Additional Program.  If you still run into issues, I would recommend opening a Support ticket.
