I've created a new Work Management project with Issue type Epic, Task & Sub Task. Having gone back into project setting to make some amendment. The Epic issue type will not load, and we are now unable to create any tasks at all

What steps are you executing when you say "the Epic issue type will not load"? Do you get an error on the screen?
What steps are you executing when you say "we are now unable to create any tasks"? Do you get an error on the screen?
Is this for a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left.
What "amendments" did you make to the project settings?
