Is it possible to search and replace user macros?

Or is there any possibility to use regular expressions in a search query?

Since confluence adds a random macro IDs for every macro used, it's not possible to mass replace macros using the "search and replace plain text" function (this would be my workaround).

Hi, due to the internal structure of confluence, we do not support replacing user macros.

Also, we apply only regular string replace, no regex as that is usually the more common application.
