Jira certificate usage in Windows and Linux OS

We use SSL Client Certificate to login Jira, Now that this has been expiring, I would like to switch to Windows Hello Certificate .

So far the windows Hello Certificate has been working fine in Windows platform without any issues.

We do have few users who are using Linux platform, Could you please help me understand if the the Windows Hello certificate could be used in Linux Platform as well by exporting the cert from Windows to Linux
