Yes and no.
You can have many instances on one domain, but they have to run on different base URLs. There's no software that can run two things on the same URL - the whole point of a URL is that it points to one single thing.
I often run systems on the same domain:

Hi @Lee Street When using the Cloud you have one address: <company>.atlassian.net
Your users can easily navigate between apps via the Pattern left of the Software name:If you only use <company>.atlassian.net it will automatically open JIRA.Hope it helps!Regards,Sushant Verma
