Relate asset in the customer Portal

Dears,

1- How can I make the related asset for users available in the Customer portal so every employee can know all assets related to him ?

it is available in the user's profile. in the admin portal

2- also when I add attribute from type user it can be selected only if the user part group can I select users without being part of any group ?

what I need is below :

I am using jira service management and in the agent portal >> profile

I can see related asset for this user as below screenshot

I want to do the same from customer portal for jira service management as below

this is not required to open any request to know what is the asset under my ownership
