Is there a way for a normal user to know which Confluence group/s they belong to?

Hi @Elisha K and welcome to the community,

The only way I can think of is to create a scriptrunner code. There might be ways to dive a bit deeper and place these group values on the profile of the user, but I can't guide you there.
