How to list users who consume a Jira Service Management license

We have limited JSM server licenses available to extend more licenses

1. Is there an easy way to list out inactive users who consume a license?
2. Is there an easy way to identify users who are active in Jira but not actively needing a Jira agent license.

If I go to User management and select

• In group: Any
• Application access: Jira Service Management
• Status: Inactive

I'll get a list of inactive users who are still holding a JSM Agent license.

• Is there an easy way to list out/export these users?
• Is there a way, other than manually, to delete them from the JSM Agent group?

Also, is there an easy way to identify and delete from the JSM Agent group - Active users that do not need an JSM Agent license due to how long they have not logged in?

Let's say, if they have not logged in for 60 days they don't need a license.

Any help will be much appreciated

The best is way (If you are a Site admin (Server env)), you can conduct the following steps to review the information -

1) Access Jira Administration via the clog wheel icon on the upper right of the window and select Applications.

2) Under the Administration/Application tab - Select "Versions & Licenses"

3) In the screen, click on the licenses used link to see all the users who are assigned with the agent licenses.
