UI problems after migration to Jira Data Center

Hello everyone!
We faced with the following UI problems after the migration to Jira Data Center 9.5.0 from Jira Service 8.14.1:

1. when we open attachment in the issue, all buttons (download/close) hides behind the Jira header and to download the file we need to zoom out the browser.

2. a similar situation occurs when opening a window when we transition issue between statuses - we need to scroll to find all fields to fill in.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and knows how to fix it?

I would recommend a good starting point is to generate a HAR file while loading the pages that are erroring as described in the following KB article but make sure not to add this file to this community thread as it will contain detailed information about your site that should not be on a public forum, only add this file to the support request that is linked above:
