Hello!
I m looking for a language-pack for swedish to use in Jira 4.4.3 standalone. Where can I find it - and how do I install it?
Please help - and THANK YOU!

Atlassian had a system to aid/spread their product's translations: https://translations.atlassian.com. Maybe you can find swedish translation there, or find how to start it.
In earlier versions of JIRA you can use Universal Plugin Manager (UPM) to install a plugin. See how here.
