JIRA with Enterprise Tester

Hi

I need to get some information on setting up workflow for JIRA for issues for development.  At the moment the JIRA that we use integrate with Enterprise Tester. And testers have created workflow for them within JIRA. As a developer, can we able to create our own workflow?

Can one project have multiple workflow one for Enterprise Tester and one for Development?

Only if you set up Enterprise tester to use one specific set of issue types.  The workflow an issue uses is determined by the issue type and the project.  If you decide to do something like "Enterprise tester uses issues called eTests", then that will work, but your users will still be able to create eTests in Jira.
