Why does PDF formatting work for Space export but not for individual page export?

Hi,

It seems odd to me that the PDF formatting (header and footer) I set up for a space only works for the Advanced space Export-to-PDF but not when I export PDF from an individual page in that same space.

Is this as-designed? Or am I missing some configuration.

It has not yet been implemented. See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-17853 for the feature request.
