Bulk Cloning Test Cases in JIRA support ?

Example: Created over 500 test cases, will be tested in IE, same test cases used test for other browsers, how do in bulk cloning in JIRA ?

JIRA cannot do this out of the box (true for 6.3.5). Maybe in later versions.
