automatically transfer to ready for build when all subtasks were closed

Hello , I need your help friends with one problem

We want that if all sub task is done and they are in closed status automatically they were moved to ready to build status.

is it possible? I don't know how to do it

You can do that using Automation or an app like ScriptRunner? Do you have access to any of these. You need to be a Jira Administrator.

Using Automation

- Trigger would be a transition to Done state for subtask

- Create a branch rule "For Parent"

- Add a Related issues condition: Sub-tasks and check if they match a JQL like status = Done

- Then Transition the issue (parent)

Basically the rule will go to the parent, check for all the subtasks' status and close the parent if all the subtasks are done.
