Enable Quiet Hours -> User id can not be empty

A number of our users are seeing the error "User id can not be empty" when they try to toggle "Enable quiet hours" under "My profile" in the mobile application.  I can replicate this in Android app v3.5.9.

 

Is this a known issue?  Any ideas on how to solve it?
