I am unable to transition issues in my imported Jira project.

I created a new project and then imported issues using a CSV file I'd exported from another instance. All of the issues were imported correctly. Now, I am trying to transition some of the issues. When I click on any transition button, I get the notification in the top right saying "[issue key] was transitioned" but the status of the issue does not change and nothing is added to the History tab towards the bottom.

These issues have a simplified workflow with To Do, In Progress, and Done as the statuses and all statuses can transition to each status.

I was a little bit confused during the process of mapping fields, but I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything incorrectly.

Does anyone have any ideas for what might be wrong, or if there's something I need to configure?

If you look at the workflow transitions post-function does they looks like ok or seems weird with xml content for each post-function ?

As an update, we've added a Start Work transition and that seems to work, but then none of the other ones change anything. It seems like maybe the transitions from All aren't working?

The post functions look okay.

Do you have all expected postfunction in the transition ?

Update change history for an issue and store the issue in the database. for example.

Can you share the postfunction of a transition that is not working ?

Oh, looks like we have a couple of the post functions that are usually there, but not all of them. We have "add a comment if one is entered during transition" and "re-index an issue" but not "set issue status" or "update change history" or "fire a generic event". That must be the issue, thank you so much!

Any idea why those post functions might not have been there?
