When accessing Crucible the reviews no longer show up in your activity stream, under the Crucible project, or under the reviews tab. However, you can still get to them by using a direct link such as, http://www.company.com/fecru/cru/CR-38. How do you get the reviews to appear again?
Check your log file for the following error:

When everything comes back up you should see your reviews in the activity stream and review tabs.
This also works for permission denied errors etc.
