Custom field values

In which JIRA database are the chosen values of dropdown custom fields stored?

Suppose I have a dropdown selection field Test that has options A,B,C. How do I find out what option has been chosen(using queries)?

It's in customfieldvalue and you'll need to join it to options to get the value's display label.
