Can I automatically update a page's related articles by changing page labels?

I've been changing my how-to page's labels, but the related pages/page properties macro is still stuck with kb-how-to-article unless I change it myself. Is there any way to have these two synced together?

Hi Maria,

That's odd. When you change in one place it should change for the page properties. Can you state your confluence version and try to replicate the problem and attach some screenshots to this question so we can investigate?
