Jira DataCenter Add a field multiple times if nedded

Question

Hi folks,

We need a way of adding a field/option multiple times if needed, and i can't find a solution.

Ex: We need to add the field "Name of customer" multiple times if there is more than one -, but we don't know how many it will be; in some cases, we may need 2 other cases 10..so is there any option/plugin to achieve this?

If you are not having unlimited customers, I still suggest to create a new field and add options to the field in its configuration. This will be easy for users also to select the required values.

Else you can create field of type Labels and name it as "Name of customer". But this will allow any user to create new values for themselves. You cannot control adding new list

@Rilwan Ahmedi can't do that because we do NOT have the customers names in out Jira, this are new customer

Hi @Albert Manuel ,

I would suggest to create a custom field "Name of customer" with type "Select list(multiple choice)". This field will allow to select multiple values when you have different customers.
