I have a column called 'Build Date'. I created another column called 'Committed (Y/N)'. I want the Committed column to return a value of Yes or No, depending on if there is a build date listed.

What I've tried so far: I thought I could do it by creating a WHEN/THEN/ELSE SQL, but both columns either list the dates in both (like above) or both columns go to YES and NOs. See below
SELECT 'Key',
FORMATWIKI(SUM('Build Date')) AS 'Build Date',
FORMATWIKI(SUM('Enforcement Date')) AS 'Enforcement Date',
FORMATWIKI(SUM('Region Impact')) AS 'Region Impact',
FORMATWIKI(SUM('Build Date')) AS 'Committed? (Y/N)'
FROM (
SELECT *,
CASE
WHEN 'Build Date' IS NULL
THEN "No" IN 'Committed? (Y/N)'
ELSE "Yes"
END
AS 'Committed? (Y/N)'
FROM T*)
