my objective is to set up a report for a given branch that identifies any file that lacks this identification.

Hi Susan,

I don't think this would be possible. The closest workaround would be to write a custom script that uses the bamboo build task to run and searches for keywords you are looking for, and output a list. You could probably incorporate the fisheye api as well in to this script.
