disable edit in a particular status

in the workflow i am trying to build for change management, i want all fields to be locked and do not allow editing once the change has been submitted.

 

i have set the below property on Awaiting CAB Approval status.  However, i am still able to make changes across all fields in the issue.  Is there something i am missing.

jira.issue.editable = false

You have entered the information incorrectly.

jira.issue.editable is the value you put into the Property Key field and false is the value you put into the Property Value field.
