can't log into my local jira

i dont have access to password to log into my local Jira. Hiw can I get it? reset e-mail is never sent

Hi Darrell,

Try Retrieving the JIRA Administrator to regain access to your JIRA instance using your database.

You need to talk to your JIRA admin so they can reset your password
