Hi @ICICI Bank Atlassian Support Team

You will not be able to disable individual modules from any plugin from Confluence 7.0 onwards. Hence disabling the alert just for attachment upload is not possible from the Confluence UI. However, it can be done through the backend. Please follow the steps listed under the KB https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/cannot-enable-or-disable-bundled-system-apps-or-modules-1035241968.html. Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Aamir

Hi @ICICI Bank Atlassian Support Team ,

as Confluence administrator, you can disable outgoing email for your whole instance. Moreover you can disable specific trigger using the following article https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-globally-disable-e-mail-notifications-with-page-content-718670714.html

Hope this helps,
