How to enable asset custom field in portal JSD searchable

I had some insight custom fields and worked very well but after upgrading plugin insight to asset in portal JSD I cant use asset custom field (don't show objects)

Who can help me ?

Thanks for ur answer. Yes i checked them and now i rolled back to last version.

Now i have another question i have a insight custom field that has an attribute "Owner"  that is user in active directory and another attribute is "Name" that is product name of our customer. When reporter create an issue i want to populate the insight custom field based on reporter. How can i solve it ?

Did you try to configure the field and see if something is missing from the configuration?
