Can we automate Jira Sub Tasks creations?

HiI would like to het some feedback on below item:Is it possible for Jira to auto-generate  Jira Sub asks Issues? If so, we would like the subtasks below to be generated if the answer to the question "Is a particular Business Unit is impacted by this change?" is set to "Yes."* 60-Day notification to specific client (eg: Rutgers University)
* 30-Day particular Business Unit sales/services & customer notifications

* 30-Day Personal Support Specialists (PSS) messaging

* 3-day in-product messaging

* Support site, social media & Knowledgebase messaging

Could you please provide a sample usage of Jira Sub Tasks creations using Script Runner (which we already have license) or using Automation for Jira ?
