Upgrade to Stash 2.9.2 - Could not acquire change log lock

I'm attempting to upgrade from Stash 2.6.3 -> 2.9.2. I followed the upgrade guide instructions and Stash appears to start successfully. However, when I browse to http://localhost:7990/ I see a 'fatal error' page with a link to this knowledge base article. I followed the instructions there (for MySQL) but it didn't fix the problem. Any ideas?

I'd suggest you open a support ticket to get some assistence on the upgrade.
